These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the ShahRugs website and to purchases made through the website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms and the policies linked on our website.
ShahRugs products are handmade. Minor differences in colour, texture, pile, shape, measurements, and finishing may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear online.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm specifications, availability, pricing, delivery details, or design requirements.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable delivery charges and taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Custom and made-to-order products may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due before dispatch or delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork, logos, characters, names, or other designs may lawfully be used. ShahRugs may decline designs that are unlawful, offensive, technically unsuitable, or likely to infringe another party’s rights.
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to design approval, material availability, courier operations, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Custom Rug Policy.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or use website content without permission.
