Step 2

Your Account Is Created

When you submit your request, we create a customer account for you automatically. This account allows you to track your request, view our replies, see your mockup, request changes, approve the final design, and pay once everything is finalized.

Step 3

We Review Your Design

Our team checks your uploaded file, rug size, shape, and design notes. If we need more information, we will reply directly inside your request so the full conversation stays saved in one place.

Step 4

We Create Your Rug Mockup

After reviewing your request, we create a digital mockup showing how your custom rug may look. The mockup will be uploaded to your account, where you can view it alongside your original request and our message.

Step 5

Review, Approve, or Request Changes

Once the mockup is ready, you can review it from your account. If everything looks good, you can approve it. If something needs to be changed, you can request revisions before the order is created.

Step 6

Finalize Your Order

After you approve the final mockup, we create your WooCommerce order with the approved rug details and price. You will receive a secure payment option, and production will begin after payment is completed.
