Shipping and Delivery Policy

ShahRugs ships completed orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. This policy outlines production timing, dispatch, delivery, and customer responsibilities.

Production Time

Many rugs are handmade or made to order. Production begins after required payment and, for custom rugs, after design approval. Estimated production times may vary by size, design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout where supported. Additional charges may apply to remote areas, oversized rugs, special handling, or international delivery.

Dispatch and Tracking

Orders are dispatched only after production, quality checks, required approvals, and full payment. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Courier delays, weather, public holidays, customs, address issues, and events outside our control may affect delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide a complete and accurate address, reachable telephone number, and any delivery instructions. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

Inspection on Delivery

Inspect the package when received. If the outer packaging appears damaged, photograph the package before opening it and report delivery damage within 48 hours.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges.
