This policy applies to custom, personalized, resized, recoloured, and made-to-order rugs created by ShahRugs.
Customers should provide clear artwork, reference images, preferred colours, dimensions, shape, and any important details. The final result may be simplified or adjusted to suit rug-making techniques, available materials, durability, and the selected size.
Where a digital mockup or design proof is provided, production begins only after customer approval. Approval confirms the overall design, wording, layout, colours, and dimensions shown.
Reasonable revisions may be included before final approval. Extensive redesigns, repeated changes, or changes to the original brief may require an additional design fee.
Yarn colours may not exactly match screens, photographs, printed references, or brand colour codes. Handmade rugs may have small variations in measurements, curves, outlines, pile, carving, and texture.
Custom dimensions are approximate unless a specific tolerance is agreed in writing. Irregular and freeform designs are measured at their widest and longest points.
You confirm that you have permission to use submitted names, artwork, logos, characters, and other content. ShahRugs may decline any design that appears unlawful, harmful, offensive, or unsuitable for production.
Custom products cannot normally be cancelled after approval or production begins and are generally not returnable for change of mind.
Quoted production and delivery dates are estimates. Production may pause while we wait for approvals, missing information, or outstanding payment.
