Deposit and Final Payment Policy

Selected ShahRugs orders may be placed using a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due after the product is ready and before dispatch or delivery.

Initial Deposit

The deposit is collected when the order is placed. It confirms the order and allows ShahRugs to reserve production time, begin design work, purchase materials, and start production where applicable.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance becomes due when ShahRugs confirms that the rug is ready or has reached the agreed final-payment stage. A payment request or order-payment link may be sent by email.

Dispatch and Delivery

No rug will be dispatched, delivered, or released for collection until the full order balance and any approved additional charges have been received and confirmed.

Design or Order Changes

Changes requested after the order is placed may affect the final price. Any additional amount will be communicated for approval and must be paid before dispatch.

Payment Deadline

Please pay the remaining balance within 7 days of the payment request unless another period is agreed in writing.

Non-Payment

If the balance remains unpaid after reasonable reminders, ShahRugs may place the order on hold. Any cancellation or refund will be considered under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Refunds and Deposits

Deposit refund eligibility depends on the production stage and costs already incurred. Once design work, material purchasing, or production begins, the deposit may be partly or fully non-refundable.
